Deputy Nursery Manager
Pay: £30,500.00 per year
Full Time - Swindon
We are seeking a trained and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager based at our Swindon Nursery setting where we care from children from 3 months to 5 years.

Training courses include - SEND, Phonics, PANCo, Autism, to name just a few.
What you will be doing
The role will be to assist the Nursery Manager ensuring the day-to-day operation of the Nursery is kept to high standard. To assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring all legislation in relation to registration with regulatory bodies, special needs, child protection and Health and Safety is complied with, and that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
To monitor and manage staff, continually improve practice and support the Nursery team. To maintain high standards of care and early learning of all children, ensuring both indoor and outdoor learning environments are of high standards. Working closely with the small team to maintain a positive and happy environment.
